Reservations and Inquiries Reservations may only be made by phone. Deposits: $20 per ride day per person - Example: one person - five rides - deposit $100 Final Payment credit card or cash - 5 days prior to arrival Check or money order - 10 days prior to arrival Payment Method We take Personal Checks, Cash or Visa/MasterCard Your credit card submitted to make a deposit will be charged the final payment five days prior to arrival. Checks for final payments must be received ten days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled. Cancellations Cancellations are required no later than the fifth day prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposits will be returned minus $25.00 per person. The balance of your deposit paid will be returned. Cancellations received after the fifth day prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit. Children SBT tours are for adults (age 18 and up) only. There are two quality children day-care/day camps in Stowe that provide a program of activities from breakfast through late afternoon. Bike Rentals Modern Jamis hybrid bicycles with 27 gears and straight handlebars are available for $15 per day. Bicycles must be returned to SBT each day at the conclusion of the ride. Waiver of Liability required Inasmuch as bicycling is an inherently dangerous activity, the insurance carrier of SBT requires all clients to execute a written waiver of liability that will be forwarded for your review with your confirmation packet. Confirmations Upon receipt of your deposit, SBT will mail you a confirmation packet with information about your bicycling vacation. Included in the packet are:
